ACCOUNTS OPENING AND MANAGEMENT
This begins with opening a Retirement Savings Account (RSA) with us and the issuance of a Personal
Identification Number (PIN) to each of our contributors. It also includes prompt and regular update
of clients account to reflect the monthly contributions received on their behalf.
FUND MANAGEMENT
The pension contributions received on behalf of our clients are invested in government bonds,
corporate bonds, money market, equities and other permissible instruments through our Sigma Fund in
accordance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act, 2004 and the guidelines issued by PenCom.
ADVISORY SERVICES
Regular provision of information on investment strategy, investment channels, investment returns and
performance indicators through our frontline officers and website. This is in addition to advisory
services on post work-life investment.
PAYMENT
Structuring of withdrawal plans on retirement benefits to suit individual needs and peculiarities
while payment of retirement benefits from the RSA will be made promptly as and when due.
PENSION PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
Efficient management of state and local government pension payroll under an institutional pension
fund management arrangement.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Provision of customer service support to clients including access to the Sigma Fund unit price,
account balances and statements through our automated telephone response and website.

Did you know that you can obtain your RSA account balance at anytime?
Access your account balance via IVR - Interactive Voice Response System
Using the Automated Voice Response System, telephone 09-4613333 and follow the voice instructions. The recorded instructions are in ten (10) languages. After the welcome
message which is in English, you may select the following:
1. English 2. Yoruba
3. Igbo 4. Hausa
5. Fulfulde 6. Ijaw
7. Nupe 8. Kanuri
9. Pidgin English 10. Ibibio
After selection, subsequent instructions would be in the chosen language.
Press 1 for account information; here you would need your RSA pin (without PEN) to obtain details of your account i.e. your total contributions as well as the value
of your contributions as at the day of calling.
Pressing option 2 would provide you with general information on Sigma.
You may press 0 at anytime to speak with a Customer Care staff and # to return to the main menu.
As it is a new service offering to all our clients, we would appreciate any comments that you may have.
Access your account balance via our corporate website - www.sigmapensions.com
You access the website www.sigmapensions.com and then click the Customer Login link.
When logging in for the first time,Click the first time user link.
You will be asked to input your Sigma account number and your RSA Pin. Then you will also be asked to input a username and a password. Input a memorable word and submit.
You will then obtain confirmation that your data has been accepted. Please take note that the system is case sensitive.
For subsequent access, all you need to do is input the username and password.
If you have forgotten your username or your password, click the link in the last line of the first dialogue box. You will be asked to input your account number and your
RSA Pin and click the show me button. Your username and password will then be displayed for 5 minutes.
For security reasons, please make sure that no one is around you when you are entering or receiving your information.
